Coaching
Coaching creates a space to pause, reflect, and navigate periods of change with greater clarity and confidence. Together, we explore your current situation, strengthen decision-making, and turn ideas and intentions into practical, meaningful action. My approach is informed by therapeutic coaching principles developed by the Association of Therapeutic Coaches.
Consulting
I work primarily with family businesses, intergenerational collaboration, and situations involving leadership transition, succession, and changing professional roles. Combining hands-on business experience with an analytical and research-based perspective, I help clients find practical and sustainable ways to navigate complex professional and family dynamics.
Our work together may include coaching, consultations, facilitated conversations, or support in improving communication, collaboration, and organizational processes.
Academic Support and Study Coaching
Academic study, thesis writing, doctoral research, and publishing can be both intellectually rewarding and highly demanding. I support students, doctoral candidates, and academics in developing effective study and research strategies, improving academic writing in English, preparing presentations and professional texts, and navigating the challenges of academic life. Together, we work on creating structure, overcoming obstacles, and building sustainable habits that support long-term academic and professional development.
I also provide language and communication coaching for professionals and managers working in international environments. My approach focuses on practical communication, confidence in real-life professional situations, and developing the ability to communicate naturally and effectively across cultures.
About me
A communication, development, and change specialist with more than twenty years of experience, working across international environments, educational projects, and business. Professional background includes serving as managing director of a family business, leading projects in education and strategic communication, and collaborating with experts from a wide range of fields both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Long-term experience in family business naturally led to a focus on intergenerational collaboration, succession planning, and the dynamics of family enterprises — key topics that are also explored through ongoing academic research and practical consulting.
By combining hands-on business practice, an academic background, and further training in coaching and personal development, support is provided to individuals, teams, and family businesses in finding clearer direction, making informed and sustainable decisions, and navigating professional and personal transitions with greater confidence, stability, and resilience.
The work brings together analytical thinking, clear structure, and a deep respect for the unique context, values, and story of each client, family, and organization.
The aim is to find calm, clarity, and direction in changing waters.

Design and delivery of educational projects, professional English language coaching for managers and teams, and business consulting focused on communication skills, learning strategies, leadership, and organizational development.
2010–2020 | Family Business — Co-owner & Managing Director
Co-led the growth, strategy, and day-to-day operations of a family business, with responsibility for internal and external communication, marketing, HR management, client relations, and new business development.
2005–2010 | PR & Marketing
Delivered communication and marketing projects for nonprofit organizations and corporate clients including GE, 3M, Henkel, Unilever, and other international companies. Key areas included public relations, corporate communications, project coordination, media relations, and client communication.
